Some people like to sow their wild oats...well, I like to ROLL mine, FRESHLY, for my granola.

That's right...freshly rolled oat groats & barley...along side some coconut, millet, cashews, almonds, real butter, raw local honey (and brown sugar), cinnamon & homemade vanilla extract.

tortillas {wraps!}

 

I am so happy to have found a tortilla recipe that I LOVE.

I've tried so many...only to be disappointed.

 

But alas, the perfect recipe has been honed.

It's actually a cross between a flatbread and a tortilla.

And the best part is,

unlike a typical tortilla, it's not loaded with fat.

And I was able to add a nice helping of freshly milled whole grains

without making them heavy.

 

Positively perfect for tacos, wraps, gyros, little pizzas...whatever!

 

 

They are so delicious.
